Admin Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Admin Executive requiring a minimum of 2 years of industry experience. As a people-centric company, we prioritize team growth because we believe our people drive our success.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Arts, Commerce or relevant.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in administration

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to queries regarding employee’s issues of devices.
  • Preparing expense reports.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Handle Admin Budget as required.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with
    vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks including filing, dealing with vendors,
    etc.
  • Responsible for inventories, utility bills & other office duties.
  • Coordinate with the management to identify staffing needs for the admin department
    & determine selection criteria.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and visitors.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
